When will I see results?

With consistent use, you will usually see results after 4-6 weeks, if not before.

How do I clean my device?

Wipe your device with a damp cloth to clean. Do not submerge your device or use abrasive cleaners.

How do I charge my device?

Your device will come with a USB-C charger. You can charge your device by plugging this into a mains outlet.
Once fully charged, the light will be solid white.

How long is the treatment time?

10 minutes. This is the optimal time for treatment to maximize results.

Can I use my Series 2 LED Light Therapy Mask at the same time?

Yes - both devices can be worn at the same time.

How do I start my treatment?

Press and hold the power button on the controller. For troubleshooting issues, please refer to the user manual.

Can I use this elsewhere on my body?

Yes. The device comes with 2 straps, meaning you can use it on your back, lower chest or stomach area.
